SOPRANO

Larisa specializesin Modern Music, although she also performs vocal literature from the 12th Century through the 21st and is a soloist with both the Texas Early Music Project and the University of Texas New Music Ensemble. To date, she has premiered the works of over 14 composers.

Larisa completed her doctorate in voice at the University of Texas at Austin, under the tutelage of Rose Taylor and Darlene Wiley. Her dissertation,A SINGER'S GUIDE TO PERFORMING WORKS FOR VOICE AND ELECTRONICS, combined her love of modern vocal technique and electronic music.
